RPI’s continued growth in Managed properties was extended in 2019 with the opening of The Oaks at Boca Raton, a high-end residential community in South Florida. Boca Oaks has 470 single family residences with a 10,000 square foot clubhouse and 12 professional tennis courts to accommodate a very active community.
RPI has reformulated and manages the 90 seat Oak Room restaurant, along with all catering functions at the Clubhouse, and is active in off premise catering, takeout and delivery to individual homes inside the gates. The Oak Room is a casual, full-service restaurant serving lunch, dinner and brunch and is positioned to be very approachable at an average check (including beverage) of $25 per person.
Menu selections include an array of sandwiches, fresh salads including RPI’s famous Palm Beach Salad, fresh seafood entrée’s and pastas. The Oak Room also boasts a wide selection of wines at all price levels, craft beers and full liquor offerings.
The community is very interactive and in-home parties are frequent. Our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Josh Bartram, works closely with residents to create unique and affordable events that include birthdays, anniversaries, themed parties, weddings and Holiday get togethers. Pricing is very flexible and RPI produces events at all economic levels. Whether it’s a pool party or a black tie affair, each event is coordinated and serviced by our team of professionally trained culinary staff, who are committed to making The Oaks at Boca Raton one of the premier F&B communities in all of South Florida.
Solara is the first short term vacation property developed by Mattamy Homes, the largest privately held home builder in North America. Located near Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida, Solara features over 1,000 newly constructed vacation homes that are independently owned and available for short term rental. At the center of the development stands a 13,000 square foot clubhouse with a restaurant, sundry shop, outdoor dining patio and poolside bar, all operated by RPI.
The Solstice Tiki Bar & Grille is open daily for lunch and dinner and features a family friendly menu including classic favorites like burgers, sandwiches, pizza, wings and ice cream.
Special events are held throughout the Clubhouse and resort grounds, all of which are suitable for large family gatherings, sports teams, weddings and corporate events.
The Splash Pool Bar offers full food and beverage service to multiple pool decks and features frozen drinks, libations, soft drinks, and casual, pool-side menu offerings.
Throughout the community, RPI offers delivery to homes via golf cart and will cater to special dietary and late arriving guests with F&B services as needed. The restaurant seats 75 indoors and another 60 on the patio with an average check of $22.00.
One of RPI’s largest managed properties is a 12,000 resident active adult and golf community, located in Ocala, Florida. OTOW is one of the largest active adult communities in the state and was founded over 35 years ago by Sidney Colen. His son Ken is the current President and CEO and is leading the continued growth of both the housing and the amenities on property. RPI operates three food and beverage outlets at OTOW, including Sid’s Deli, the Pub and the Club at Candler Hills.
Sid’s features Grab’n Go sandwiches, pastries and salads with a Starbucks™ coffee program. Check averages are about $7 per person and Sid’s is a resident favorite for breakfast and lunch every day.
The Pub is an intimate watering hole inside the gates of OTOW and is a popular stopping point for pool, golf and activities participants. Open for lunch and dinner, The Pub has a variety of hot sandwiches, entrees and soups, along with a full-service bar and patio seating.
The Club is a 250-seat, upscale casual full-service restaurant adjacent to the main OTOW golf course. Lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch are all offered by a skilled service team, and private dietary and event requests are always accommodated. At $22 per person, The Club is approachable, casual and modern in feel and flair and is a favorite of the Candler Hills community within OTOW.
With a view overlooking the championship golf course from the window-lined dining room, the Club is the largest restaurant on property with seating for 150 inside and another 100 on the outdoor patio. The Club features lunch, dinner and nightly entertainment 7 days a week, and a large Sunday brunch buffet. A full line up of entrees including prime rib, pastas, sandwiches and salads is available at the Club which is a favorite of both residents and locals from the Ocala area.
The Pub is a 19th hole restaurant featuring a variety of sandwiches, salads, and entrees in a relaxed atmosphere. Pub items are very approachable with a check average of $12.00. Outdoor dining adjacent to the pool and the Clubhouse makes The Pub a resident favorite for lunch and dinner daily.
Sid’s Deli, named after founder Sidney Colen, is a grab and go venue located in the heart of OTOW’s Circle Square retail center. Coffee, pastries, sandwiches and salads are popular items along with a full line-up of Starbucks beverages and snacks. Sid’s has an average check of $7.00 and is open for breakfast and lunch, Monday through Saturday.
RPI is deeply involved with OTOW senior management on the development and expansion of future on-site food and beverage facilities and offerings as the property continues its’ rapid growth.
Opening in Spring of 2021, Prime & Pearl aims to be Gainesville’s premier steak and seafood restaurant. As the second RPI managed property in Celebration Point, Prime & Pearl will specialize in Prime cuts of beef such as a 16 oz. New York Strip Steak, a 40 oz. Bone in Ribeye, Smoked Prime Rib and a tender Tomahawk Steak for two. For the seafood lover, Prime & Pearl will offer Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Norwegian Salmon and Giant Chilled Shrimp Cocktail. Of course, the “Pearl” part of the menu includes the freshest varieties of oysters on the half shell served both raw and cooked.
An extensive wine list will feature over 200 selections and the contemporary craft cocktail list
will be unique to the area. Prime & Pearl will be open for dinner only and Sunday brunch
initially and will open for lunch service in the Fall of 2021.
Calypso Cay is a 200-room timeshare resort located in the heart of Orlando’s tourist destination just minutes from Walt Disney World. Restaurant Partners operates all the food and beverage on the property including a Tiki Bar and Grill, In-Room Delivery and The Island Market featuring sandwiches, sundries, and pizza.
A new addition to the stable of managed properties is located in the Celebration Pointe Entertainment Center in Gainesville, Florida. This high energy, casual dining venue focuses on Key West themed menu items such as grouper, fried shrimp, frozen specialty drinks and Key Lime Pie. Adding to the menu is nightly entertainment ranging from jazz to Trivia with dueling piano shows every weekend after 9:00 P.M. in the dining room.
The Keys has 100 indoor seats and another 60 outdoor with a roll-up garage door bar area to serve both inside and outside patrons. Per person check averages are about $25.00 and the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily as well as Sunday brunch with live entertainment.
