Libations, like its 20 oz., 5-shot fishbowl, comprising 30% of overall sales, and a wide selection of one of a kind proprietary retail items make this concept a prime choice in waterfront vacation and tourist destinations. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner every day and has a $27 per person check average.

Opened in early 2000, Solivita is one of the largest active adult communities in all of Central Florida. RPI opened and operated three separate F&B facilities on property; a Fine Dining Restaurant,19th hole Casual Clubhouse facility and a Grab ‘n Go with an UpperCrust Pizza.
Located in North Palm Beach, Florida, Sandpiper’s Cove is a luxurious, 200 seat waterfront restaurant with spectacular views of Lake Weir and the intracoastal waterway. As part of Old Port Cove Marina, Sandpiper’s services some of the world’s finest motor yachts and most discriminating diners in the world. Our200 seat facility served three meals a day and provisioned boats for both day and overseas trips.
