Renowned for its consulting work, in 1998, Restaurant Partners began buying restaurant properties for its portfolio. Beginning with the acquisition of a four unit chain of upscale casual restaurants in Central Florida, RPI has gone on to develop and own multiple concepts including, Market Street Cafe, Dixie Dave’s Fish Camp, Upper Crust Pizza Café and

With a 230 seat location in Huntsville and the opening of a 280 seat restaurant in Birmingham in 2015, Grille 29 has captured the favor of the entire state of Alabama. Designed to fit into hotel lobbies, small center spaces and food courts, Upper Crust delivers a high quality offering to the pizza market. Fresh dough, hand-crafted daily from our proprietary recipes along with the freshest toppings, have made Upper Crust a fan favorite on Disney property in Orlando as well as throughout Florida.

Dixie Dave’s

A southern gem with full seafood offerings! Dixie Dave’s is a casual friendly restaurant with a “tongue in cheek” nod to down home southern cooking. The menu features gator tail, smothered chicken, a low country crab boil, popcorn scallops, and an irresistible mac and cheese skillet. At an average of $15 per person, Dixie Dave’s appeals to families, lunch guests, couples of all ages, and informal social gatherings. From time to time, even a hillbilly band may appear for live music just to keep things interesting!
