Restaurant Partners has garnered a superb reputation as one of the country's best "boutique" restaurant companies. Inc. Magazine has twice recognized RPI as one of the 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America

Renowned for its consulting work, in 1998, Restaurant Partners began buying restaurant properties for its portfolio. Beginning with the acquisition of the four unit Pebbles chain of upscale casual restaurants in Central Florida, RPI has gone on to develop and own three more concepts, Market Street Café, Upper Crust Pizza Café, and Grille 29.

Market Street Café, is an upscale diner in Huntsville, Alabama. The restaurant is about 5,000 square feet with an open stainless kitchen, counter seating and al fresco dining. Market Street Café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days per week, with an overall check average of $10.50. Click here for the menu.

Restaurant Partners also owns and operates a limited service Italian concept called Upper Crust Pizza Café. The first unit was opened in late 2001, and features two types of pizza, thick Sicilian style and traditional New York style, both with a variety of toppings. Pizza is served as a whole pie, or by the slice with a drink for $2.79. In addition to the pizza offerings, Upper Crust also features a variety of Pannini's, pressed sandwiches filled with items such as Tuscan Chicken, Steak and Cheese and Vegetables. A unique item served at Upper Crust is an open faced calzone called a "Crusti". These hand made delights are stuffed with meatloaf, steak, Greek Salad and other items, and made to order in about 8 minutes. To top off your meal, Upper Crust offers a rotating menu of dessert pizzas including chocolate and apple cinnamon.

This fullservice, 250 seat restaurant in Hunstville, Alabama, features a creative menu of steaks, seafood, large salads and overstuffed sandwiches, and highlights creative and freshly prepared desserts. The bar accommodates a professional happy hour crowd and features dozens of wines by the glass as well as full liquor service. A unique feature of the restaurant is the dining room dessert and salad pantry where all items are prepared, fresh to order, by our trained pantry chefs. The restaurant has three distinct dining areas to accommodate parties of 60 or more at one time. The $33 average check makes Grille 29 an affordable alternative to other steakhouses, and a great place for before and after movies, sporting events or the theater. Grille 29 Website
