Troy Goldman joined Restaurant Partners in 2006 from Darden Restaurants, and is currently RPI’s Director of Operations. In his role, Troy oversees operations and profitability of all of owned and managed properties, as well as the operational details of various consulting projects.

Before moving back home to Orlando, Troy spent 6 years in Huntsville, Alabama where he opened and operated two concepts for RPI, Grille 29 and Market Street Café. While there, Grille 29 was awarded the Best Restaurant in Huntsville by The Taste of Huntsville annual competition, Trip Advisor, and Open Table. During his time in Huntsville, Troy was twice named Runner Up for ‘Restaurateur of the Year” in the State of Alabama and was Vice President of the Huntsville Hospitality Association.

Most recently, Troy spearheaded an international consulting project by designing, training, and opening an original authentic Italian concept called “Rizzoni’s” for a client in Port of Spain, Trinidad.

Troy is currently enrolled in Rollins College where he is pursuing coursework toward his MBA. In addition to his 14 years in Management for Darden Restaurants, Troy spent a number of years with the Walt Disney Corporation in its Hospitality Program in Orlando.

During his down time, Troy and his wife Teresa enjoy traveling with their two teenage children and have cruised extensively throughout the Caribbean.
