Restaurant Partners manages various food service outlets for owners, developers and hoteliers, using its proprietary operating , training, purchasing and menu development systems. RPI can create a concept from "scratch", or reposition an existing facility to optimize its potential. Using a network of proven vendors, RPI will handle all your restaurant needs including uniforms, table top items, menu development, recipes, product sourcing, hiring, staffing and training. Additionally, our internal reporting systems are set up to produce timely and accurate financial and management reports for both owners and key managers.

RPI has had successful partnerships with Saks Fifth Avenue, in their Florida Mall store in Orlando, Florida, Avatar Development Corporation, with three restaurant operations in the town of Solivita in Poinciana, Florida, Westgate Resorts, with an upscale casual steakhouse in Park City, Utah, and Consolidated Management Inc. and its three beach themed restaurant operations, including a high volume Sloppy Joe's restaurant in St. Petersburg, Florida.

At Solivita, RPI operates the Stonegate Grill, a casual golf grill featuring a variety of sandwiches, soups and light entrees. Also under management contract at Solivita is the white tablecloth restaurant Mosaics. This full service restaurant is attuned to the finer points of upscale, yet casual service and is open seasonally for lunch and dinner. Menu items include honey glazed salmon, various pasta dishes, prime rib, steaks and mouth watering desserts. A bar featuring full beer, wine and liquor offerings is included in the restaurant. Average expenditures, including alcohol, are about $18, with the restaurant seating 120 both indoor and on an outdoor deck overlooking the waterway.

The third managed property at Solivita is the 250 seat Starlite Ballroom. Adjacent to Mosaics, and operated out of the same kitchen, the Ballroom is host to many functions such as weddings, bar mitzvahs, social events, political rallies and Holiday Dinners. With the pre-function area, the Ballroom can seat up to 250 for full service, and as many as 400 for stand-up cocktail functions. The facility features high tech audio visual equipment, an elevated stage and a 200 square foot dance floor.

Sloppy Joe's is operated under a licensing Agreement with the world famous Key West restaurant of the same name. This 7700 square foot open air facility is located directly on the white sandy beach of Treasure Island, and has spectacular outdoor deck from which you can watch the nightly sunset. The menu features a variety of sandwiches, salads and pasta dishes including a giant signature Sloppy Joe sandwich. Other menu favorites include a macadamia nut crusted grouper in vanilla rum sauce, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Honey Glazed fresh salmon and a host of serious desserts, most big enough to share.
